Tip: One Thing at a Time

There is a saying, “Focus on one thing at a time”. This can apply to all.

In digital marketing, I suggest that you first focus on building your expertise in one skill.

For example, when I started my career in digital marketing, I started with SEO and blogging.

Primarily, I started learning and experimenting with SEO. After 3 months, I gained some knowledge and came to know how SEO works. Also, I learned other things parallel.

You know, my first blog was about keyword research, which is a very bad blog of mine, and day by day, my writing started improving, and I got appreciation from my people.

Most of them think SEO is easy, but it is the toughest. SEO needs the right strategy and needs to adapt to algorithms and trends. Just look at the image below, and then you will understand.

SEO: expectation vs reality

This image will show how I learned SEO and am still learning and adapting.

So don’t rush to learn everything at a time. Learn slowly and stick to one skill first and learn other skills parallel.
