Follow the steps to purge the application cache in Cloudways. First, log in to your Cloudways account.

Step 1: Go to My Server

In the server section, select the server for which you want to clear the cache. So, we have a single server, which is shown in the image below.

If you have multiple servers, they will appear in a list, choose the one you want to manage.

You will see the globe icon in the server, click it and you will see a list of applications that you have already installed on that server.

Select the application(Eg, crunchops), and you will be redirected to the application management page.

Step 3: Open Application Settings

Once you enter the application management page, click on the Application settings and go to General.

Step 4: Click Purge

Now, click the Purge button to clear the cache for the selected application.

After clearing the cache, your website may load more slowly temporarily until the cache is rebuilt.

Alternative: How to Clear Cache for All Applications?

If you want to clear the cache in all applications on the server with one click, then follow the steps.

Step 1: Go to your server and select the server you want to clear the cache.

Step 2: Go to the Manage services page.

Step 3: You will see Varnish Software. Click on the Purge to clear the cache for all applications on a server.
